Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do! To be eligible, items must be new, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. We'll also ask for a photo of the product(s) to confirm their condition before processing your request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unworn / lightly tried on products. This ensures we can safely restock items in our warehouse while keeping our team and future customers safe.

Please note that a $7 return shipping fee will apply.

While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that not all changes can be guaranteed—as our team works quickly to process and ship orders as fast as possible. How long does it take to get my order?

Our team can take 2-3 business days to fulfill an order. Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days. International shipping could take up to 14 business days. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

How do I care for my silk products?

To keep your silk accessories in their best condition, we always recommend hand washing for a gentle, effective clean.

Hand Washing Instructions:
Use lukewarm water and add a few drops of mild, silk-safe detergent. Use soft squeezing motions—never scrub or twist the fabric, as this can damage the delicate silk fibers. Lay flat on a clean towel to air dry naturally.

Additional Care Tips:
For heatless silk curlers, if you notice the cotton filling separating, simply take both ends and gently spin it in a jump rope-like motion to redistribute the filling. A dryer on low heat/gentle is also an option, but be sure to monitor it closely, as temperatures can vary. A handheld steamer with a few gentle passes can also smooth silk out.

Our products are made from 100% Pure Mulberry Silk - never satin. Unlike satin, which is typically made from synthetic materials like polyester (plastic), our silk is a natural, breathable fiber that's incredibly gentle on your hair and skin.
