Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a message with the following information:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to withdraw from
• A statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the last item of your order.

Refund of Payments

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including your original outbound shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. Return shipping costs are not covered by Silknlove Co. and will be borne by you. Please note that return shipping costs vary depending on your country of residence and the carrier you choose. 

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Goods must be returned in their original condition.

Exempt Products

• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. Our silk products — including pillowcases and accessories that come into direct contact with skin and hair — fall within this category. Once the item has been used (e.g., slept on, worn overnight), it cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
• Items that have been visibly used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning (equivalent to trying an item on briefly in a store). Light inspection and trying on in an unworn condition is permitted; however, items that show signs of use will not be accepted for withdrawal.
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Conformity of Goods

EU/EEA consumers are also entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund under applicable EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU).
