Need Help With Your Order?
We’re here to help! If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us and include your order number and the email address used at checkout so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Because our products are hair accessories and personal care items that come into direct contact with the hair and skin, returned items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
For approved U.S. returns, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your refund will be issued for the eligible item being returned, minus any original shipping fees and applicable return shipping costs.
Refund Approval
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements.
Silknlove Co. reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy, including but not limited to signs of wear, use, washing, damage, missing tags, or missing original packaging.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Each order is carefully inspected before it ships. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@silknloveco.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled or changed if they have not yet been fulfilled.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. While we’ll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, color, or size, please request a return for your original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Shipping & Delivery
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. Silknlove Co. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Original postage fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, transit times may vary and delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking has not updated or your package appears to be delayed, please contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
