Order Processing Time
After your order has been placed, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that this processing window is separate from the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, transit time will depend on the carrier and shipping service chosen.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us at hello@silknloveco.com and include your order number so we can assist you.
Shipping Responsibility
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Silknlove Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information and next steps.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Silknlove Co. is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, including packages that tracking confirms as delivered.
We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside of our control.
If you believe your package may be lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us at hello@silknloveco.com, and we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. Silknlove Co. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Silknlove Co. is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional charges applied to your order during or after shipping.
All customs, duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
